You save money! Third party booking sites charge guest fees, but when you book direct, you don’t need to pay any of those fees. You just pay the price you see plus taxes. Boo-yah!

We offer a full refund if the reservation is cancelled 14 days before check in and a 50% refund if cancelled 7 days before stay. We recommend investing in travel insurance if your plans are tentative or you’re traveling by airplane. We recommend insuremytrip or Travel Guard.
Accommodations Questions
We offer a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the log bedroom, and a queen bed in the navy bedroom. In the kids room we have a twin-sized futons and offer a mattress topper for added comfort. (This is a great sleeping option for kids.)
The beds have a Zinus 12″ Green Tea Memory Foam mattress. We think they’re super comfy, but if you’re wondering about how firm theses mattresses are, check out the reviews on Amazon from other users.
We offer a pack ‘n play and bedding for infants. We also offer toddler-friendly plates, bowls, and cups.
Kids LOVE our Pine Tree Room. This room has a kid table, markers, games, and books so the kids can have fun on vacation too. This room also has its own TV. (I mean, I love watching “Encanto” for the 500th time too, but sometimes it’s just nice to let the kids watch a movie on their own.)
Our coffee maker can accommodate both coffee pods and ground coffee. We provide enough pods and ground coffee to get you started with your stay.
